Kimberly joined GSS in 2015 and has held a series of escalating roles spanning administration, research, and project management. She currently serves as Head of Project Coordination & Administration, responsible for leading the project coordination team and ensuring coordination and communication with clients, candidates, and the internal Search Team, to promote seamless execution. In addition to these facilitation duties, Kimberly serves as GSS’s Office Manager, managing daily operations and providing executive-level administrative support. She plays a critical role in maintaining office productivity, managing timelines, and fostering efficient, collaborative teamwork to meet project goals.
Kimberly is also responsible for interviewing, onboarding, and training new employees. Known for her organizational skills, adaptability, and proactive approach, she is an essential contributor to the smooth operation and client-focused culture of GSS..
