Christian is the Co-Founder and President of GSS, responsible for driving the firm’s strategic vision, expanding its specialized executive search capabilities, and cultivating high-impact, long-term client partnerships. He founded GSS in 2005 with a clear mission: to assemble a premier, highly collaborative team of search professionals dedicated to serving life sciences organizations committed to saving and improving human lives.

An executive search veteran with more than 25 years of experience, Christian possesses deep domain expertise across the Research & Development (R&D) and Commercial disciplines. Under his leadership, GSS has established a reputation for delivering exceptional search outcomes by aligning top-tier scientific leadership with forward-thinking biotech, pharmaceutical, and medtech innovators.

 Outside of his professional pursuits, Christian is a dedicated husband and proud father of two daughters.
