Mac is a seasoned Executive Life Science Recruitment specialist who, as Director and Recruiting Lead at GSS, focuses on identifying and placing high-caliber leaders at preeminent pharmaceutical companies. Drawing on his 8 years of experience supporting innovative biopharmaceutical organizations of all sizes, he applies deep market insight and a rigorous approach to talent sourcing, candidate assessment, and relationship-building to secure precise matches and drive successful placements of senior leaders. Previously, Mac served as Project Manager at GSS, where he supported advanced market and marketplace research, database configuration and navigation, and smooth project workflows.

Prior to joining GSS, Mac served as Project Coordinator consulting with the Medical and Commercial Promotional Review Boards and Marketing Review Committees in the pharmaceutical industry, leading operations for the promotional launches following PDUFA for Zulresso®(brexanalone) and Gilaari® (givosiran). 

Mac holds a Bachelor’s from Bryant University in Mathematics with a concentration in Applied Analytics.
