Peter is a Partner at GSS, bringing a singular focus on biopharmaceutical executive recruitment that dates back to 1998. Since starting the firm with his Partners in 2005, he has operated exclusively in retained search, working across the entire development continuum while acting as a seamless extension of client teams to align technical excellence with cultural fit. A committed husband and father, Peter lives with his family in Newtown, CT, where they enjoy preserving their historic home built in 1760. When not working, he enjoys boating with his family and tinkering in his barn or garage.
