Pathos AI Expands Its Oncology Pipeline with Alphamab, AstraZeneca and DeuterOncology Agreements

Pathos AI, a clinical-stage AI and technology company advancing its own pipeline of cancer therapies, has announced three agreements in recent months. The company says every program in its pipeline has been identified, evaluated, or accelerated by Foundry, its AI-driven decision platform.

Alphamab Oncology (JSKN016). Pathos secured an exclusive license to JSKN016, a first-in-class TROP2/HER3 bispecific antibody-drug conjugate, for territories outside the Chinese Mainland, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan. Alphamab is eligible to receive a US$125 million upfront payment and up to US$2.09 billion in development and commercialization milestones, plus tiered royalties. Read more

AstraZeneca (AZD4241). Pathos entered a collaboration and co-exclusive licensing agreement with AstraZeneca for AZD4241, an investigational oral ERα PROTAC for ER+/HER2- breast cancer, and will take responsibility for its early clinical development. Read more

DeuterOncology (DO-2). Pathos acquired a majority stake in DeuterOncology, developer of DO-2, a third-generation MET kinase inhibitor for MET-altered cancers, including non-small cell lung cancer. Read more

Together with pocenbrodib, these additions bring the Pathos pipeline to four programs across multiple solid tumor indications and multiple myeloma.
