Travere to Present Nine New Data Presentations at ASN Kidney Week 2026
Travere Therapeutics will share nine new data presentations, including five oral presentations, on FILSPARI® (sparsentan) in IgA nephropathy and FSGS at ASN Kidney Week 2026 in Denver, October 21 to 25.
In IgA nephropathy, the final analysis of the Phase 2 SPARTAN study of first-line FILSPARI showed that 75% of patients achieved complete proteinuria remission at some point, with kidney function stable through 110 weeks. In FSGS without nephrotic syndrome, a post hoc analysis of the Phase 3 DUPLEX study showed a 48% mean reduction in proteinuria at Week 108 with FILSPARI, compared with 27% for irbesartan. A urinary biomarker analysis from the Phase 3 PROTECT study will also be presented.
