CSL Reports FY2026 Results, with Strong Cash Flow and Cost Savings Ahead of Target
CSL reported FY2026 total revenue of US$15.8 billion and underlying NPATA of US$3.1 billion, with cash flow from operations of US$3.5 billion. Interim CEO Gordon Naylor described the year as one of reset. After one-off restructuring costs and impairments, CSL reported a net loss after tax of US$2.6 billion.
The company reported approximately US$176 million in transformation cost savings, ahead of target. ANDEMBRY® reached US$240 million in sales in its first full year in market, and HEMGENIX® sales grew 25%.
CSL maintained its dividend, announced a further A$1.1 billion share buy-back, and expects FY2027 revenue in line with the prior year with underlying NPAT growth of approximately 5%.
