Travere Therapeutics Announces CEO Transition, Recognizing Eric Dube's Eight Years of Leadership

Travere Therapeutics has announced that Eric Dube, Ph.D., will step down as President and Chief Executive Officer, and that its Board has appointed Bradley L. Campbell, former President and CEO of Amicus Therapeutics, to succeed him effective December 1, 2026. Dr. Dube will remain CEO until that date and will serve as an executive advisor through February 15, 2027 to support an orderly transition.

Since becoming CEO in January 2019, Dr. Dube has guided Travere's evolution into a leading rare disease company. Under his leadership, Travere achieved regulatory approvals in IgA nephropathy and FSGS, including the first FDA-approved medicine for FSGS, and expanded its pipeline and capabilities. The patients and families who now have new treatment options are a lasting measure of that work.

Mr. Campbell brings more than 25 years of biopharmaceutical experience, nearly 20 of them at Amicus, where he became CEO in 2022 and led its growth from a single-product company into a multi-franchise global rare disease organization.

Congratulations to Dr. Dube on the tremendous impact of his tenure, and best wishes for what comes next. Wishing Mr. Campbell and the entire Travere team continued success in the company's next chapter.
