Dewpoint Therapeutics dosed the first patient in a Phase 1a/2a trial of DPTX3186, its lead beta-catenin program, in advanced solid tumors with a focus on gastric cancer. The trial will evaluate safety, pharmacokinetics and initial activity.
DPTX3186 is a first-in-class beta-catenin condensate modulator and has received both Orphan Drug and Fast Track designations from the FDA.
