Evommune's EVO301 Delivers Positive Top-Line Phase 2a Results in Atopic Dermatitis

In a 70-patient randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled Phase 2a trial, EVO301, Evommune's long-acting IL-18 binding protein fusion protein, met its primary endpoint in adults with moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis. Eczema severity scores (EASI) fell by 55% at Week 12 compared with 22% for placebo.

EVO301 was well tolerated, with no related serious or severe adverse events reported. Evommune plans to move EVO301 into a Phase 2b dose-ranging trial.
